Enquiries 

For all questions, queries, comments and complaints, please contact us by emailing [email protected]. If you have a child at our school, please include the student’s name and tutor group in all communications.

All enquiries are monitored by our admin team daily and your email will be forwarded to the most appropriate person. Staff always try their best to respond to you within 3 working days. Alternatively, you can leave a message for a member of staff by calling 01664 565901.

 

Appointments and Visitors

Our reception desk is open daily between 8am and 4pm. Please be advised that you will not be permitted onto the school site at any time without an appointment.

 

Reporting an absence

Please use SchoolComms or WeDuc to report absences. Alternatively, you can call 01664 565901 and select option 1 to report a child’s absence. We require notification of absences by 8am every day your child is away from school.

 

Safeguarding

During School Hours

If you have a safeguarding or wellbeing concern and need to speak to a safeguarding lead during school hours, please email [email protected] or call 01664 565901 where our admin team will transfer your call to a DSL or take a message for them to contact you.

Outside School Hours

If you have a safeguarding concern outside of the school day or in the school holiday, enquiries need to go to first response on 01163050005. For non-urgent matters during the holidays, you can email [email protected]. Emails are monitored, but response times may vary. If you are ever concerned a person is in immediate danger or a crime has been committed, then you should call 999.
